Rotherham Youth Enterprise is an organization that provides support and encourages young entrepreneurs to unroll their business ideas and develop the skills that will make them in the end their own boss.
The Rotherham Youth Enterprise started in order for young entrepreneurs to get advice on how to run their own business. After all these years the R.Y.E. has become very successful and now it has the capability of offering to young entrepreneurs between 16-30 office and workshop provision in their first year of trading

From 2003 until 2008 the R.Y.E. has worked with 178 young entrepreneurs who started their own business and more than 43% of them started their business in the premises of Rotherham Youth Enterprise. Furthermore, as well as the offices, R.Y.E. offers IT support, marketing services and web/graphic design.
In addition, Rotherham Youth Enterprise is also working with Schools and Colleges around Rotherham area in order to show people the main issues and the some problems that may arise when starting and running a small business.
UKSE is one more organization that can help you start a business by funding your ideas. UK Steel Enterprise is doing this for almost 30 years gaining a lot of experience by funding and advising many SME’s.
Currently the only active Funds Management involvement for UKSE Fund Managers Ltd is in Scotland.
- As a result UKSE can only fund if the applicants business is based in one of UKSE operating areas in Scotland.
- Moreover the applicants business must meet the European Union standards for SME’s.
- Finally 50% of the investment must be in form of share capital.
