I came across this really awesome new service that the University offers a few weeks ago. It is called well connected and helps you with your personal well being.
It is basically a quiz on how you are feeling and it will tell you which parts of your life you need to change (and how to do so) in order to be more happier. Things that the quiz considers includes stress, anxiety and whether you food is affecting your mood. At the end of the quiz, you will get a score to see how happy you are. If it is under 10, you have got a good well being.
The great thing about this service, is that you can take it at any time and anywhere and can be used buy yourself for you or if you are worried about someone else, it will be able to help you too.
