Embed Enterprise in the Curriculum

USE works passionately with academics across faculties to enable an enterprising education through the curriculum to all of our students.

An enterprising curriculum provides opportunities for students to become creative problem-solvers, apply their academic knowledge into real life situations and develop skills managing limited resources under uncertainty. This translates into a richer learning experience and a boost to the students’ confidence and employability.

  • Embedded Enterprise

    The University of Sheffield is one of the leading partners in Enterprise Educators UK (EEUK), a national organisation that supporting entrepreneurial thinking throughout the education section that includes a high percentage of activities in the HE.

  • Supporting Students

    There are many opportunities that students and graduates of up to 5 years from the University of Sheffield can get involved in that will enable them to improve their enterprising skills. An extensive list of our services can be found in our forthcoming Enterprise Handbook.
