Ever had a particularly frustrating week where nothing really goes to plan just to find yourself in the pub on Friday evening putting the world to rights with your friends?

“Wouldn’t it be great if…”

“The solution is simple…”

“Somebody should just…”

Sound familiar? Well, stop just solving the world’s problems (real or perceived) quietly with your friends. Voice your opinions and solutions (however ridiculous) loudly… on stage… in front of your fellow students… and a panel of dragons.

This is Pitch Club where we’ll buy you a pint just for pitching. Taking place on three dates during this semester, you can come to Bar One on Friday night any time between 5 and 7 pm to pitch for your chance to win £100 cash… and the everlasting respect and admiration of your peers. Want to just come along to gawp at other people pitching? Be our guest!

Can you win over the Pitch Club dragons? For £100 cash, it’s worth finding out…
