If you've developed a business plan for a social enterprise - you might have put it together after attending our Social Innovation Lab or completing the Flatpack - you'll probably need support getting things going.

Our accelerator can help you turn your ideas into a reality.

The Accelerator is a support package for students and graduates of the University who want to turn their ideas for social change into a reality, designed to to provide you with the nuts and bolts of business startup – even if you’ve never done anything like this before.

You might have already taken part in our Social Innovation Lab, maybe you’ve completed the Flatpack, or perhaps you’ve just run with your idea yourself and completed a business plan without our support.

Whichever route you’ve taken to filling in that business plan template, by enrolling on our Accelerator you can get the help you need to make change happen.

By taking part you’ll have access to stuff like peer to peer mentoring, where you can discuss your ideas with other students at similar or later stages of development, business advice and mentoring from social entrepreneurs in residence, interactive workshops and the opportunity to access funding and office space.

To enrol on the Social Innovation Accelerator you must have completed our business plan template, which you can find to the right of this page.

You can either do this on your own or, if you could use a bit of extra help, attending the Social Innovation Lab or completing the Flatpack will support you in the journey from idea to business plan.
