So … networking. It’s what people do whilst wearing suits and sipping cocktails isn’t it? Perhaps not…The dictionary defines networking as a supportive system of sharing information and services among individuals and groups having a common interest. Personally when I think of networking I see a group of  businessmen and women sharing their business ideas, making new contacts and generally doing the things that I wouldn’t do. 19 February 2014 - 10:36 am Spring semester is here. Let the great job rush commence!

After what feels like a year off for Christmas, we’re finally back. Autumn semester has gone on annual leave for nine months and spring semester has come around jumping up and down like a playful puppy that won’t be satisfied until we’re crawling hands and knees to the nearest airport crying out for a week in the sun and a stiff cocktail. I had my first lecture last week and I just about managed to remember how a lecture works about five minutes before the end of it when I realised I had absorbed absolutely no knowledge whatsoever. WELCOME BACK EVERYONE.
