Hi people! Hope you all had a nice break before you came back to work to prepare for exams (I feel your pain). Hope you found my last blog helpful and got motivated to make few applications.

You’ll never guess what? Skill Build for spring semester starts soon in Feb and the first one is on 12th. The good news is that I’ll be doing the whole lecture (don’t let this to put you off though). Public speaking is daunting, especially if the language you’ll be delivering in isn’t your first language and you haven’t done that previously. It’s great to have public speaking skills as it shows employers and other people how many skills you possess; e.g., communication, listening, confidence etc. I’ll talk you through how I brought myself up to a level where I can deliver a presentation.

25 November 2014 - 9:21 am Conquering fears and gaining confidence

As well as being an intern here at USE, I am Vice President Talent Management of AIESEC Sheffield. I know it sounds like a boring mouthful but I promise it’s a whole load of fun and being a part of AIESEC has been such a positive influence in my life!

So for a start, I bet you’re wondering what is AIESEC? This is a question I get SOO much and all of us at AIESEC find it very difficult to answer.
