A smorgasbord of enterprising events and activities across The University of Sheffield.

Come and join in the fun...

The Vice Chancellor’s Celebration of Enterprise is a week-long festival of workshops and events, showcasing enterprising activity in all its variety across The University of Sheffield. From student societies to department heads, the organisers of the festival’s events are from all walks of enterprise life at the university, providing a wonderful smorgasbord of enterprise activities for you to indulge in… and everybody is invited.

The celebration is organised by University of Sheffield Enterprise, which works to embed enterprise in the curriculum, as well as providing business start-up support to students and recent graduates. But we want everybody to get involved. Whether you run an enterprising module such as Live Projects or Genesys Solutions, you’re president of an enterprising society such as AIESEC or SIFE, or you’re an enterprising academic who want to spread the word of enterprise to your colleagues, you can get involved by running your own event during the week-long celebration of enterprise.

Enterprise is something we barely even have to think about at The University of Sheffield, because it is a natural part of everything we do and we do it well. Let’s celebrate that.

Enterprise is having ideas and doing something about it. It is making ideas happen.
